Fill out a short application so Rob can understand your goals, training history, and schedule. Takes about two minutes.

Initial consultation
A conversation to dig into your situation: what you want, what you've tried, what your life actually looks like. No sales pitch.

Custom programme
Your training and nutrition plan is built from scratch based on the consultation. Every detail is tailored. Nothing templated.

Ongoing coaching
Regular check-ins, programme adjustments based on your data, and direct access to Rob. The plan evolves as you do.
Common questions
Do I need to be in Auckland?
No. Rob coaches clients in-person in Auckland and remotely worldwide. Online clients get the same programming quality. Check-ins happen via video and messaging.
How often do we check in?
Weekly at minimum. You'll have direct access to Rob between check-ins for questions or adjustments. This isn't a set-and-forget programme.
What if I travel or my schedule changes?
The programme adapts. Travel, busy weeks, equipment changes are expected, not exceptions. Rob adjusts the plan to keep you progressing regardless.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. The method scales to any experience level. Beginners often progress faster because there are no bad habits to undo. The fundamentals are the same whether you're starting out or competing.
How is this different from an app or template programme?
Apps don't know you. Templates assume averages. This is a coach who learns your patterns, catches problems early, and makes decisions a programme can't. The difference is accountability and precision.
