What we collect
We collect only what you submit through the application form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), training goals, and training background. Nothing more is collected by the form itself.
Why we collect it
This information is used solely to evaluate whether there’s a genuine fit for coaching, and to respond to your application. It is not used for any other purpose.
Cloudflare Turnstile
The application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may analyse browser signals (such as browser type and interaction patterns) as part of this verification. Cloudflare processes this data according to their own privacy policy, which you can read at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
How we use your information
Rob reviews every application personally. Your information is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing. It exists only to facilitate the coaching application process.
Data storage
Application data is delivered to Rob via email. It is not stored in a database. The information lives in his inbox only.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your application data at any time by submitting a new application through the application form with a request to delete your previous submission. Rob will handle it directly.
